What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of information saved by your browser at a website’s request. It can recognise a session across pages or protect form submissions. It does not give a website general access to your device’s files.
Necessary website cookies
Technical cookies maintain a session and secure forms. They are not used to build an advertising profile. The table shows the names and validity currently used by this installation.
These cookies are necessary for the requested service or its security. They are therefore not an advertising choice to accept or reject.
| Cookie | Purpose | Validity |
|---|---|---|
taxi_mood_session | Associate requests with your session and temporarily retain confirmation messages and form errors. | 120 minutes, renewed when using the website |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protect forms against submissions made by another website without your knowledge. | 120 minutes, renewed when using the website |
Browser closure and session restoration may affect actual cookie deletion. Cookie expiry does not erase an already submitted request; record retention is explained in the privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
These tools are optional and load only when configured and after you accept the relevant category in your cookie preferences. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and page views; Microsoft Clarity helps us understand navigation. Both wait for your permission for audience measurement. Google Ads waits for your advertising permission. These services may then use their own cookies.
If tools are grouped through Google Tag Manager, they wait for permission for both audience measurement and advertising before loading. Without permission, or after rejection, the relevant tools stay inactive. These choices are separate from accepting the terms in the booking form.
Fonts, the logo and photographs are served with the website. This describes tools installed by Taxi Mood; it does not replace the rules of external services you choose to use.
Google address suggestions
Reading these legal pages does not load a Google map. On forms where it is enabled, assisted search contacts Google when you begin typing enough address text to request suggestions.
The search and technical connection information are shared with Google. Google’s technologies and processing are governed by its rules. The two technical cookies listed above should not be confused with this provider’s processing.
You may arrange your journey by phone or email instead of using this feature.
WhatsApp and other links
The WhatsApp icon opens an external service only when clicked. No WhatsApp chat or tracking widget is embedded in the site. Destination pages may use cookies under their own settings and policies.
The language is included in the page address (/fr, /en or /nl), rather than an advertising cookie. Restricted administration access may use additional authentication mechanisms separate from public browsing.
Choose, reject or withdraw permission
You can reject all optional tools or choose the categories you accept in the cookie panel. The “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of the page, shown when optional tools are offered, lets you reopen your preferences and withdraw permission. The page reloads when needed to stop tools that have already loaded.
Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage (localStorage) for up to 180 days from when you save it. You may be asked again after that period, after configured tools change or if you clear website data. If local storage is blocked, your choice still applies to the current page but may not be remembered for your next visit.
Browser settings also let you inspect data saved for this website, delete cookies or prevent them from being stored. Your browser’s help explains the procedure for your device.
Blocking technical cookies may prevent form submission or require reloading a form. Withdrawing permission or clearing cookies does not cancel a confirmed journey or remove information already sent to Taxi Mood or another service.
